DAC Youth

Attention Parents and Students,
Starting this fall, a signed form (by both parents/guardians and students) will be required for each student attending DAC Youth. This ensures the safety and smooth participation of all students. Forms will be available at youth nights or can be printed from here. Please have these completed, signed and returned as soon as possible.
